The
Future of
Money

Money is being rebuilt, and somebody has to lay the rails. That's us. Bcomm builds, operates, and acquires the companies behind Bitcoin payments, trading, custody, and the technology underneath.

What we deliver ↓

01 / The stack

One group.
The full stack.

The group delivers through its operating companies and acquisitions. Each runs on its own rails and answers for its own clients. What matters is the coverage:

01

Payments

B2B and B2C. Fiat rails on one side, Bitcoin and Lightning on the other, settlement in milliseconds in between.

02

Trading

OTC execution with depth and discretion. Any asset to any asset, priced transparently.

03

Custody & treasury

Keys held properly: cold storage, multi-approver governance, treasury operations that keep pace.

04

Compliance

Blockchain analytics, transaction monitoring, and reporting that regulators and banking partners accept.

05

Advisory

Regulatory and cost advisory for institutions entering virtual assets. The map before the territory.

06

Technology

The engineering underneath everything above: infrastructure, integrations, and applied research.

02 / The story

Thirteen years
on the rails.

2013

Nobody believed it.

A client asked us to look into accepting Bitcoin. Half the team called it a fad. We integrated a third-party processor anyway, watched money cross the world in minutes without asking anyone's permission, and stopped arguing. Some of us bought in immediately. Some took years. The future doesn't wait for consensus.

2014

So we built our own.

Renting someone else's rails stopped making sense. We designed our own payment processing in-house and built what the new money needed around it: a secure offline wallet, and an accounting system that could keep books in a currency banks had never heard of. Conviction arrived, one teammate at a time.

2017

We took the long way.

Not every call was right. Part of the team backed the wrong fork of Bitcoin for a while before relenting. The work widened anyway: blockchain analytics and compliance training joined the practice, and merchants started asking us to move entire payment ecosystems from fiat to crypto. Being early means being wrong sometimes.

2019

The expensive lesson.

The industry grew up. Compliance became a discipline with a name and an office. OTC trading joined the stack, run by people who had done it for years in FX. And one of us handed his coins to a fund manager who vanished. That lesson now anchors everything we build: not your keys, not your coins.

Today

The rails are ours to lay.

Bcomm is a decentralized group of companies covering the full stack of Bitcoin financial infrastructure, helping businesses plant their flag in the future of finance. Thirteen years in, the conviction hasn't changed. Money is being rebuilt. Somebody has to lay the rails. That's still us.

Told from memory. Some details have grown smoother with each retelling.
